The next economy is human

SPIRE is a private network that convenes leaders from family offices, investors across asset classes, and global resilience leaders.

We are a multi-stakeholder initiative working through the questions that matter most: where capital flows as the world restructures, how generational wealth moves under a new mandate, and what commitments the moment actually requires.

Our gatherings are designed for collaboration to produce change. Each convening is structured around working sessions with prepared participants, facilitated dialogue, and clear outputs.

The decisions made in the next decade will compound for a century. The capital allocated now will determine which systems get built, which communities gain access, and which institutions earn the right to govern what comes next. This is not a prediction. It is already happening.

Early indicators of success look like working groups designed to move capital into resilience, shared deal flow across asset classes, frameworks only this group of people could build together, and the policy language to make it real.
