We start the day on the land itself, with a clear-eyed look at what's happening on working lands right now, what the research does and doesn't yet tell us, and why the questions this work raises can't be answered alone.

The fund structures and timelines built for the last economy are being replaced, and these two are building the replacements.

Dress guidance: Athletic and ready to move. Sneakers or hiking boots. Layer up. September mornings in Jackson run cold and weather can shift quickly.
A rain jacket is strongly encouraged.
10:30am-12:30pm

In The Field: the power of place

Trail Creek Ranch

Shuttles will depart from the Hardeman barns for a first hand experience on a multi-generation family ranch. Be prepared to move. A guided hike with local biologists and land experts to better understand land as an asset.

1:30pm-2:30pm

Conversations & Case Studies

Hardeman Barns

The convening is designed to unlock thinking that professional settings typically suppress. Participants operate with the courage to surface new ideas, challenge the assumptions capital decisions are built on, and make commitments to build a multi-stakeholder model that promotes a more resilient future. The format is conversation, not presentations.

What global fund managers across every asset class are seeing: how institutional capital is being rebuilt for the next generation, and what it takes to fund the markets that haven't caught up yet.

3:00pm-5:00pm

Challenge: a live deal session

This is the apex of the day: the point in the day's conversations that turn into action. Small, cross-industry working groups spend two guided hours working out what it would actually take to build a multi-stakeholder model for a resilient future, leaving with a concrete starting point to carry forward.

5:45pm-6:30pm

Live raptor demonstration

The Teton Raptor Center is a local nonprofit dedicated to raptor conservation, research, and education in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. A live birds-of-prey demonstration closes the afternoon at Hardeman Barn. Hawks, eagles, and falcons up close. A direct encounter with the physical world the day's conversations pointed toward.

6:45pm

Cocktail Hour & Chefs Table

Private Residence

Cocktail Hour on the lawn followed by a seated Chef's Table dinner prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Malyna Si. A locally sourced menu grounds the experience in place. Venue details provided to registered attendees upon confirmation.
