SPIRE will take place September 17–18, 2026. The convening spans two days, with arrival and a welcome reception on the evening of the 17th and programming through the evening of the 18th.

SPIRE is hosted in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Gatherings take place across a small number of carefully selected locations that reflect the region’s landscape and culture, including Hotel Jackson, Hardeman Barns, and a private residence in Wilson. All venues are accessible from town via organized shuttles.

Jackson Hole sits at approximately 6,200 feet above sea level. If you are traveling from a lower elevation, plan to arrive hydrated and continue drinking water throughout the convening.

SPIRE is invitation only and intentionally small, 50 to 65 participants. Members are builders and creative thinkers who act on conviction, move through uncertainty, and operate with an action-bias. Participants include investors, family offices, and global resilience leaders.

Travel and lodging are not included in registration. SPIRE offers a limited room block with Hotel Jackson, located on Jackson Hole’s historic Town Square. Nightly rates range from $1,000 to $1,700. Book directly with the hotel as early as possible as availability is limited.

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the closest airport, approximately 15 minutes from town and served by American, Delta, United, and Alaska Airlines. Organized shuttles will run between Hotel Jackson and all venues throughout the convening. For private ground transportation we recommend Teton Private Car. For those flying privately, please feel encouraged to connect with the SPIRE team on logistics and fuel.

Registration covers full admission to all SPIRE programming on September 17–18, including the welcome reception, field morning, panel discussions, breakout sessions, Teton Raptor Center demonstration, cocktail hour, and keynote dinner. Travel and lodging are not included. All registrations are non-refundable.

SPIRE is conversation, not presentations. The convening is designed to unlock thinking that professional settings typically suppress. Members operate with the courage to surface new ideas, challenge the assumptions their capital decisions are built on, and make commitments to evolve. What is said in the room stays in the room.

Weather this time of year in Wyoming can be unpredictable. It is important to come prepared with layers.

September 17 Evening: Smart casual. Relaxed but considered. Denim is welcome.

September 18 Morning Field Day: Athletic and ready to move. Sneakers or hiking boots. Layers and a rain jacket are strongly encouraged. September weather in Jackson is unpredictable.

September 18 Afternoon and Evening: Western professional. A casual, comfortable daytime to nighttime outfit. Layers are recommended.

SPIRE operates under Chatham House Rules. Sessions will not be recorded. A curated summary of key themes and commitments will be shared with attendees following the convening.

Yes. SPIRE is intentionally small and seats are limited. If the convening is at capacity, you will have the opportunity to join the waitlist. Waitlist members will be carefully considered and notified as seats become available.

SPIRE is a non-refundable event. All transfer requests are subject to review and require the proposed attendee to meet SPIRE’s nomination criteria. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved prior to the convening. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. For transfer requests contact connect@spire-wy.com.

Following the convening, members will be kept informed of thought leadership materials and engagements in major business hubs.
